VIVERE is a small Eco-friendly Boutique Hotel, designed to offer a low-impact holiday experience. The hotel’s construction was designed to be as environmentally friendly as possible, using advanced technologies for producing renewable energy and saving energy through an innovative home automation system and careful construction techniques.

The main source of energy used is geothermal energy, which harnesses the heat from the ground to heat and cool the hotel. Additionally, solar panels have been installed for hot water production and photovoltaic panels for electricity production, some of which is stored in storage batteries. When the batteries are fully charged, any excess energy that is not used is fed into the public grid.

To minimize environmental impact, the hotel uses locally sourced and in-house grown food products, employs local staff, and has implemented a program to gradually eliminate the use of single-use plastic. Additionally, a strict recycling program has been implemented.

The crystal-clear pool water is also treated with an innovative method that minimizes the use of chemicals, electricity and water consumption. (for more information)
