In a period where the future does not give us certainties we need more certainties. To make things easier, we have activated a new „cancellation policy“ which can give you the flexibility you may need.

In the event that, due to proven causes related to the current COVID-19 pandemic (closure of borders, quarantine, illness, look down, etc.), you are forced to cancel or change the dates of your holiday, you can do it

free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.

But if you need more flexibility you can choose the „BeSafe“ rate. The BeSafe offer, included in the price, includes an insurance policy that offers, among other coverage, the „Refund up to 100% of the amount paid: The refund in the event of cancellation is valid for unforeseen events, such as illness (including pandemic / COVID-19 included), hospitalization, injury, holiday cancellation, dismissal or new hire.“

We would like to emphasise that, here, at the “VIVERE suites and rooms”, the well-being of our guests, employees and community is of the utmost importance to us. We are acting responsibly by closely monitoring the situation surrounding the coronavirus and by taking steps in line with the recommended procedures and protocols issued by the Italian Institute of Public Health in accordance with the recommendations of the World Health Organization.
